INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 cups sugar

METHOD:

  1. Cream the sugar and butter.
  2. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating constantly.
  3. While still beating, add the yoghurt and the flour, mixed with the baking powder.
  4. Beat the batter thoroughly.
  5. Butter a cake pan and pour the batter in.
  6. Bake in a moderate oven for 1/2 hour.
