STEAMED MUSSELS


INGREDIENTS:

METHOD:

  1. Put a little olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the onions and leeks, sprinkle with pepper and add the mussels.
  2. After a little stir, sprinkle with pepper.
  3. Add wine and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Then add the peppers and boil for further 5 min.
  5. Add the broccoli.
  6. If necessary add little water.  
  7. Sprinkle salt.
  8. Combines wonderfully with rice.
