SPAGHETTI IN TOMATOES AND OLIVES


INGREDIENTS:

for 2 people


METHOD:

  1. In a deep skillet brown the garlic.
  2. Add the onion cut into thin slices and the olives.
  3. Let it cook for 5 minutes until soft and add the chopped tomatoes.
  4. Add salt and pepper.
  5. Leave over medium heat for 10 minutes and just before removing from the heat , add the oregano.
  6. Mix with cooked spaghetti and serve in the pan.
