PEAS IN TOMATO SAUCE



INGREDIENTS:



METHOD:

 

  1. If the peas are fresh, cleaned and washed. If frozen, we will follow the package directions.
  2. Then finely chop the onion or grate
  3. Chop the spring onions
  4. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the onions for 3-4 minutes. Add the peas, carrots peeled and cut into slices, cherry tomatoes or washed and chopped tomatoes.
  5. Saute for 3-4 minutes.
  6. Then add to pot one cup of hot water, salt, pepper and simmer until you are left with the oil.
  7. Finely chop the dill and add to pot 2-3 minutes before remove from heat.
  8. If you need water during the cooking time, add some.
