MUSHROOM SOUP


INGREDIENTS:

METHOD:

  1. Pour water into a saucepan, add the oil, mushrooms, dill, and onions and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Then add the rice, add the butter, salt and pepper mix well and boil for another 20 minutes.
  3. Beat the eggs and lemon juice.
  4. Add some of the broth in to eggs a little by little and stir continuously to avoid cooking the eggs.
  5. Pour the mix in to remaining soup and mix well.
  6. Serve soup hot.
