MEATBALLS SPICY ( Soutzoukakia )

 

 INGREDIENTS:


For the sauce:

 

METHOD:

  1. Strain the bread and add the minced meat with the remaining ingredients.
  2. Mix well and leave to wait 1-2 hours in the refrigerator.

The sauce:

  1. In a saucepan, add the oil and saute the onion and garlic.
  2. Pour in the tomato juice and water.
  3. Bring to boil, add the cumin, salt and pepper.
  4. While the sauce is boiling we roll the mix in to small sausages shape  burgers.
  5. Fry until brown.
  6. Pour into the simmering sauce and cook for half an hour.
  7. Serve hot.
