LEMON CHICKEN WITH ARTICHOKES


INGREDIENTS:


METHOD:

  1. Put oil in pan and saute the chicken pieces to golden brown on all sides.
  2. Deglaze with wine and add the artichokes and lemon juice.
  3. Add salt and pepper and garlic.
  4. Sprinkle with thyme and pour in the stock.
  5. Simmer for about 40 minutes.
  6. Serve hot with accompaniment of your choice
