CUTTLEFISH SPINACH


INGREDIENTS:

(Serves 8)


METHOD:

  1. Clean the cuttlefish and cut in to small pieces.
  2. Place in a saucepan the oil to burn.
  3. Add the onions and saute.
  4. Add the cuttlefish.
  5. Pour the wine and add the tomatoes and tomato paste.
  6. Add the parsley and dill.
  7. Season to taste.
  8. Add spinach.
  9. Cover the pot and simmer until most of the liquid evaporates.
