CHICKEN FILLET COOKED IN WINE

(With Peppers And Feta)


INGREDIENTS:

METHOD:

  1. Marinate the chicken with salt and a little olive oil for 30 minutes.
  2. Put together with the peppers in nonstick pan with little oil and cook in a moderate to high heat for about 15 minutes (depending on the size of the pieces).
  3. Add the sun-dried tomatoes, mix well and add the wine.
  4. Once evaporated add the feta.
  5. Stir and serve sprinkled with paprika, oregano and freshly ground pepper.
