BREAM WITH VEGETABLES


INGREDIENTS:  

For 4 people


METHOD:

  1. Clean and wash the bream.
  2. Sprinkle in the belly with salt and pepper and fill with onions, parsley and tarragon, chopped.
  3. Cut into thick slices zucchini and peppers into rings.
  4. Put them in a separate pan with the cherry tomatoes.
  5. Pour the wine, oil, salt and pepper. Bake in the oven for about half an hour.
  6. Put aside and put in the middle of the bream.
  7. Pour the oil and bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes.
  8. Turn over and leave for a few minutes under the grill.
  9. Sprinkle with parsley.
