BEETROOT SALAD

(With Yogurt Dressing)


  INGREDIENTS:

For a large salad bawl

METHOD:

  1. Boil the beetroot's in plenty of water until  tender.
  2. Take them out let them cool and peel gently pressing with your hand.
  3. Cut into small slices.
  4. Spread them evenly in a platter and put them aside.

Prepare the dressing.

  1. In a blender put the tahini, yogurt, orange zest, balsamic vinegar, 1 teaspoon sugar and pinch of salt.
  2. Pour the dressing allover  beetroot's.
  3. Sprinkle top with crushed walnuts and  toasted sesame seeds.
